  Re: Hello all!

That pillar was a result of realizing the 5/6 ratio. I intend to build a large skyscraper using that as a main support. (If you build it, you will find that it will not break along brick lines like most pillars.) It can go as high as you want. (I (...) (22 years ago, 3-Nov-02, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Hello all!

This is my third post on LUGNET! I'm glad I can finally post (it took awhile to get approval). I've been lurking for about a month, and have just left my second (small) dark age. If you've been bidding on eBay auctions for used lbs of Lego, you'll (...) (22 years ago, 2-Nov-02, to lugnet.people.newbie)

(...) Howzit! IMO = In My Opinion IMHO = In My Humble Opinion (not sure about IHMO - maybe that's how Yoda phrases it!) PLMKWYT = Please Let Me Know What You Think Cheers Richie Dulin (22 years ago, 16-Sep-02, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Question

Sup' Everyone, I just have a quick dumb question. What does IMO, IHMO, and PLMKWYT mean? Please let me know so I understand what people are saying. Hasta La Vista, Sean (22 years ago, 16-Sep-02, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Wassssup Everyone

Wassssup Everyone, I've visited this sight countless times, but never posted or became a member. While I'm still working on the member part, I, obviously enough, have started posting. I'm here pretty much to have fun, just like everyone else here. (...) (22 years ago, 11-Sep-02, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Newb Thoughts...

Hey all! My name is Christian Koziatek and im a 15 yr old LEGO fan in Missouri. Ive always been a reader at LUGNET but only now have I started posting.   Re: Authorizing emails

(...) Yep, Kourtney, that's how it is. Using e-mail or a newsreader requires you to verify every post. If you use the web interface, you can log in, and verification is not required. Regards ROSCO (22 years ago, 5-Sep-02, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Authorizing emails

Do I have to authorize each email I send to the list? Is that just how it is, or is that just for newer members? I figured it was just a one time thing, making sure it was coming from me but it keeps coming. Just curious, making sure I was doing (...) (22 years ago, 5-Sep-02, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Re: Switching e-mail?

(...) I think that is the way to go. I seem to remeber that switching email is pretty painless but it has been a long time for me. Give it a try. I don't know how instant it will be, but you could play around in off-topic-test to find out. (URL) (22 years ago, 16-Aug-02, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Switching e-mail?

I'm not exactly new here, I was around during RTL...but I figure this is where people go when they want to answer questions, and I have a question. Is it possible to change the e-mail address that is setup with Lugnet? I am finally rid of blasted (...) (22 years ago, 15-Aug-02, to lugnet.people.newbie)

Help: Can I change the subject after posting?

Hi. I just posted a message then found that my "2" key was playing up again. It should be set "8002". Below is the link to the message. If someone can fix it for me it would be much appreciated. (URL) Nat (22 years ago, 14-Aug-02, to lugnet.people.newbie)

  Heya! I'm new (and old)

Heya guys, I'm the newest member of Lugnet! I've been trolling the Lugnet NG and RTL since '99 but I was away for a couple years while going to college. Anyway, I just want to say "hi" to anyone who's reading this message. :) (22 years ago, 1-Aug-02, to lugnet.people.newbie)
