     (...) It is! It's one of my favorite (jewish) holidays (1) and it has a lot in common with Halloween. Actually, it *will* work in NNTP posts -- provided that your newsreader sets the message headers appropriately[1] when you post, and that other peoples' newsreaders interpret these headers similarly when they display them.
