There was a good deal of discussion in the admin threads before this newsgroup was created, about what kind of subjects it might address, and whether they were more properly housed elsewhere or not. Vermont allows same-sex "civil unions" (essentially the same thing as marriage, with all the rights and priveledges thereof, but without the word "marriage" attached), but there was a recent news buzz going (...)
