OTOH, cam 1 gives a blue screen. Is that on purpose...?

| (...) Camera1 is a video capture card at my house. Over the past week I have had my camcorder plugged into it at various times. When there is no signal it just shows a blue screen. Camera 2 is a usb camera that Stephen Roberts loaned to me. It's on (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jun-00, to lugnet.org.us.wamalug)
