  Notes from third SMART meeting

Today's SMART meeting was a great success. We again had many people bringing robots for a very tough challenge this time: moving around on a table without rotating wheels, and searching for a reflective block. Gus Jansson also demonstrated his (...) (23 years ago, 20-May-01, to lugnet.org.us.smart)

Re: May SMART meeting; retro-reflector data

(...) I tried another light sensor I had, and it's readings were 670 around the rest of the room, and 655 at 9 inches. In other words, not only were the readings lower, but much less sensitive.   Gus, congratulations

Can't believe no one has mentioned it yet. Gus took his Lego robot to the SRS Robothon last weekend and took FIRST PLACE in the Line Maze. That deserves a good round of applause. You have set a standard for us all to try and achieve. Well done. (23 years ago, 2-May-01, to lugnet.org.us.smart)
