Web site on Lego Bi-Ped Walkers

Since the next challenge is to build a walker, I thought I would pass this
on to you in case you have not seen it in the robotics or technic newsgroups.

In a related matter, Barton Place and I were talking about using a wheel or
similar mounted under the robot horizontally to use in turning.  His idea is
to turn the robot the wheel would be lowered and the robot would rotate on
the axel of the wheel.  The question is, would this still be in the spirit
of the challenge?  The wheel would not roll since it would lay flat on the
surface, basically it would be like a leg that can twist.  I think it is
okay.  What do others think?
