Thanks! This was literally the first place I looked at, in an awesome house
in an awesome neighborhood for a great price. I'm not exactly a spiritual
person but I sort of got the feeling someone was looking out for me when I
got it. I checked the other places on my list and said nuh-uh and went back
to the first one.
