That would probably be Canucks having bought Lego in the US, have to then
pay GST on bringing it back into Canada.
Actually, as I recall, it was used Lego bought from an on-line auction
(eBay?). The point was that it's an item an adult wouldn't likely
travel with and it might be suspected of being a gift unless you
declare it as something you intend to bring back before crossing the
border.
