Looks like new sets will be available at our local Tuesday Mornings on February 5th. I only saw about 60 or so sets in a section blocked off until the 5th. Today, I was at the Short Pump Target (near WalMart) and they were in the process of restocking the toy clearance aisle. Everything was marked at 50% off.
