Folks,

I just wanted to remind you all of the Greenburg show December 2nd and 3rd. • We
are signed up and I talked with the folks their so they can include us in • their
press release.

This is only a month and a half away so I want to make sure people are • thinking
about it.  I am not worried about the train at all because between Tim Duggan
and myself we should have plenty of rolling stock.  My concerns/ things we • need
to do are listed below.

1.  We need to build our tables.  I am volunteering for much of this and I • hope
we can get these done by mid November.  (Otherwise I know what I am doing over
Thanksgiving).  I know Tim Duggan has volunteered to help a bit with these but
I have not heard much in the way of enthusiasm otherwise.  I think we can do
this in a few hours on a weekend day.  Are there any other volunteers.  I
obviously have my schedule a bit screwed up at the moment with the baby but as
soon as I can I will be getting the supplies for the tables.

2.  We need enough scenery to cover a 10' x 10' area.  I know of a few things
but not a lot.  I would like it very much if people would commit to something
for this.  Remember creations *must* be available for the show for both days.

Other than train stuff here is what I am commiting.

I also will contribute all of my trees and some generic scenery.

If people could post what they feel they can contribute it would make me feel • a
*lot* better.  I don't care if it is a 15 story skyscraper or a 32x32 field
with farm animals.  I just want to get an idea of what we can expect to have • to
fill the table.

This might be an idea for the NELUG building session?  We could even use some
of the NELUG collection.

Please let me know what your plans are for contributing to this show.

I am available pretty much every weekend to help with the tables, but would
like to get started before the weather gets to cold.
As for what I have to contribute to the show
I have 3 train engines with 6 cars (I need four red 1x8 tiles to finish a
seventh car, so if any one has any they would like to trade for, let me know)
as well as a passenger train engine with 2 cars. I have a bunch of track,
mostly curved with a few straight tracks.
I also have everything seen at these two links availible:

I also have a bunch of trees and flowers, and could come up with a few
vehicles if needed.
