I just uploaded about a dozen photos from the meet to brickshelf, they might
be a little clearer:

I don't have much to say by way of captions but here goes. I hope somebody
will correct me if I screw up any of the details:

The Michons' airport. I wish I had gotten photos of the tables the airport
was placed on so I could figure out how they set it up and took it down so
quickly. I swear, it was as if I blinked once and it appeared out of
nowhere, I blinked again and it was gone.

A clearer version of Dave's "the mecha factory" photo.

A group of set boxes were sitting in one corner. I was glad to see the
Technic box in the foreground right - that was one of the first Lego sets I
ever got as a kid; I loved to chase my siblings around with the grabber claw
you can see pictured on the side of the box.

An nice shot of what it looks like when a garage falls victim to a mech
invasion.

A close-up shot of the littler mechs cowering in the shadow of the

Everybody crowds around a chunk of Brian Stokes' fabled Mother Lode. This
shot could just about work as the group photo for this meet, as long as you
don't put too much priority on actually seeing anybody's face.

Here is a picture of somebody else taking pictures. In the background you
can get a pretty good look at a few of Bryce's non-mech sculptures.
