IMHO, this is priority II, just after the layout, but before a show. We
need a professional looking site (like your homepage, Wayne), to put on
flyers and give to both show coordinators and the public to learn more about us.

I hate to contradict you here, but, just as an agenda is good, we also need
to schedual in those minutes we spent inspecting and trading and such.

I'd like to propose that The preceding two positions be combined into
"Builder with a specialty in...", that way one of us isn't always tied into
MOCing (is that a viable verb?) in a certain genre. We can always MOC in
our minor if need be.
The list in my head is as follows (Anyone omitted means I have no clue what
your specialty is):
-Wayne S.: Builder with a specialty in Trains, minors in Town and supporting
structures.
-Kevin S.:Builder with a specialty in Town (both vehicles and taller
buildings), minors in Train (though is becoming incresingly involved).
-Nate: Builder with a specialty in Western and Town, minors in ?????.
-John B.:Builder with a specialty in Mindstorms (sensors and autonomy),
minors in Train and System Applied Mindstorms.
-The Drumms:Builders with a specialty in Bionicle, minors in Town details
and lettering?.
-Ed M.:Builder with a specialty in Trains and Town, minors in automated
supporting structures.
-John R.:Builder with a specialty in Town (both vehicles and Short
buildings), minors in Train, Western and Space.

Actually, Nicole did comment that she liked the last option, the 'S' the best

I don't see this as important. I think that if we have the tables, we can
play around and see what fits. If we plan ahead too much, I think that (no
offense meant) we will have 1 person's design. It's so hard to talk designs
for track w/o interaction.

June's not good for me as well, seeing that Regents and a trip to Gettysburg
will be taking up the bulk of my time. Mid July looks good here, I'll work
around everyone else as well, the Garage is CLEAN!!! now. :)
