I had an event going at my church that required me to miss this meeting.
However, I have a few comments:

Every time that I have sent in the paperwork to GATS, I have posted a message
here. As no one had contacted me about the January show, I signed us up so that
we would be sure to get a spot. I don't understand what happened, but I guess I
have been fired from talking to GATS. If someone had bothered to tell me that I
should NOT have registered us, it would have solved the problem.

I do not expect to be paid for hosting the site, I only need to cover the costs
that I pay out-of-pocket. I would ask that the other $10 be left in the club
treasury. I am happy to host the site for the club at no cost just like I host
sites for other clubs around the country.
If you have made the schedule for helping at GATS, I can be there from about 5
on Friday, all day Saturday, and from about noon on Sunday. Let me know if you
can use my help at the show.
