Any of these sounds great, but I'd probably add a rule saying that any
floating MOC cannot use those boat hull pieces specifically designed for
floating on water (but those minifig rowboats & canoes would be ok I think)
- that'd kinda lose the challenge of making Lego MOCs float.
But speaking of those hulls, I do have an idea for those that could be
interesting if Jeremy would be willing to do it - I know he has quite a few
of those boat pieces that float. The idea would be that he provides those
boats, we each of us participating have to bring a specified # of pieces
(any kind) to build on those boats as a variation of the "best-dressed"
idea. If we did that, any of us bringing pieces should probably write up a
list of the pieces brought to simplify sorting out any pieces lost in the
water.

Certain Lego parts which have been specifically designed to float are not (...) (19 years ago, 6-Jun-05, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)
