  Re: Pleasanton museum pictures

(...) I can see a train motor every other car, but I presume the red wheels then are BBB wheels, and the feature drive is taken from the axle? I've got a piggy-back train that gets its drive from half-bushes with minifig car tyres, suspended between (...) (20 years ago, 6-Aug-06, to lugnet.org.us.baylug, lugnet.trains)

  Re: NXT "remotes"

(...) Thanks (and thanks to Bryan who replied off-lugnet) I had forgotten the bit about those motors being pre-prototypes. When I find time, I'll take a look at trying to figure out what to do with the more powerful ones. At the very least if I can (...) (20 years ago, 31-Jul-06, to lugnet.org.us.laflrc)

Re: July 29, 2006 SMART meeting

My son Sean has built 4(!) robots for the drawing challenge. I'm not sure how many of them we'll end up bringing to the meeting. The last one he built using his new NXT set.
