Several of those comments don't really make sense, unless you've been spending
time at http://www.24tooth.com
hmm. you're jealous, aren't you.
Well, I'd love to see you enter your rtl 13 robot. I think trying to stay on
the opponent robot would be pretty cool.
Of course, considering it wouldn't stay on a 2x2 ft square stationary box, I
find it really hard to believe you could make it stay on much smaller,
odd-shapped moving robot.
Well, I guess it did do the chicken dance on Wayne's robot for a few seconds...
Actually, I wanted to make a robot like that. (one to climb on the opponent)
But I couldn't come up with a reliable way to make it work. It would only work
as well as yours, and *I* don't think that's good enough.
I did end up with several interesting entries. One is a spinning robot. Well,
actually, it uses a couple Hailfire droid wheels (
http://www.peeron.com/pics/inv/custpics/x784.jpg ) that rotate around the entire
robot, but it's pretty cool.
And then there's Team Spybot. A pair of robots that work together to find and
team-up on the opponent.
Overall, I have several 'fun' entries.
And like Dave said, after every event, I go home with ideas on how to do it
better next time...
