Doesn't rip offs like this P*SS you off!

No wonder LEGO bricks are growing in price. LEGO Company must employ a building
full of lawyers going after crap like this.

These kinds of sets are actually fairly common on ebay. In almost all cases
however the shipping is so high that you actually don't usually save enough $
over the LEGO version for the sets to be "worth it".  The dominiant brand seems
to be the Brick/Shifty/Enlighten label, and it's the same brand that was
confiscated and destroyed en masse in Europe a year or so ago.

They are almost all clones of older LEGO sets, sometimes slightly reworked to
eliminate certain pieces.  I've found and purchased small sets from this brand
at stores here in Chicago, and I can tell you that the quality is not great, but
it seems to be improving slowly. In the city it seems to be mostly 1 buck mini
sets and some of thier non-copyright-infringing military sets at discount
stores. Note though that sometimes you don't get the same pieces  as are
pictured on the box.

Their copy of Black Sea's Barracuda on the ebay store you linked too seems
particulaly brazen.
