So basically there are 2-3 modules for stuff--on each side of the lift
bridge.
The module attaching to the old portion probably just needs to be all
water with a way to hold the track in place.

THe thing with the lift bridges is I needed at least 3 bricks above ground (the
baseplate) to achieve a satisfactory lifting mechanism. We may have to get the
track to rise a few plates from the old layout to the lift bridge assembly.
John and Ill toss ideas around for how to make the lift bridges work properly.
