Someone must have an old one from home movies stuck in their garage
that the stand could be liberated from. Or at a school...I know they
are almost 100% using VCR's now rather than projectors...

(...) Actually, yes, it's pretty similar. The nice ones have the rollup mechanism in the base. Those are above $1K each (a killing!)
