That much is certain. They look a little nekkid without the number.
I have a label maker at work and I'll get the numbers printed off just as soon
as I get there. My original sticker disappeared, oh, about 1980. Eh, back then
I didn't think that stickers were that big a deal...
As a side note, I was hoping to do a green one as well, but I didn't have enough
Technic beams in the right sizes. Maybe a Brick Link order is in order.
Throwing it out to all the Technic people--I wonder how many other colours in
the LEGO pallette that you can make the 854 from as I've done? I don't think
they ever came out with a 16 stud purple beam, but I won't bet the farm on that
:)
