  RE: My RCX is HAUNTED

(...) I doubt it. He's probably still reading this post, and his lips are sore from reading the last flurry of posts to himself. Ralph (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: My RCX is HAUNTED

(...) With an attitude like that, there is NO WAY you could ever join our group. The number 1 requirement is that you mock Chris mercilessly! Don’t you realize that Chris will be quoting this post for years to come...He has probably already got it (...) (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: My RCX is HAUNTED

(...) Man, you guys sure fight well..... As a person whos programmed at every level of the machine, microcode, machine code, assembly code, high level code, I can tell you that in tight coding environments, keeping the variables to a minimum sure (...)   Re: castle? (was: My RCX is HAUNTED)

(...) Sounds like a posible event for RTL16(?) - Automated castle building! Get a bunch of 2x4 bricks, cover them with tiles so they're smooth. Build a 'bot that can stack them in a 12x12 square shaped wall. Of course you might have to defend your (...) (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: My RCX is HAUNTED

(...) As you might know, I have more than a slight interest in linear robots. I come (came?) across this problem all the time, becuase I always had home tasks for homing the x, y, and z axes. I noticed one day, that yes, it would look like "homeY", (...) (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: My RCX is HAUNTED

EXPLODED! oh. look what I found!! (URL) that!! the mario calum team came (...) (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: My RCX is HAUNTED

(...) I firmly agree. Leave the Homeys on the streets and not in your code!! Ben (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: My RCX is HAUNTED

(...) Well, let's see. Rob won the event...and I know he can program--or at least his dad can. Who didn't have a robot? Well, I brought one with Mario. Hrm. We can both program (He wrote the majority of the code, I wrote a small part on a secondary (...) (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: My RCX is HAUNTED

(...) Calum....... I don't need to point out who won that event, and who did not even have a robot. If I can juggle 64 nested if's then that just puts me on a level that you mortals could only dream. now.... cause you asked so nice..... the CODE. (...)   Re: My RCX is HAUNTED

(...) I'm pretty sure the reason why operating systems have garbage collection routines is because of people who insist on programming 64 nested ifs. I'm the worst programmer I know, and even I know how not to use 64 IF's. :) Calum (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
