| 8 inch robot. 24 inch gap. Maybe thats exaggerating, but it would certainly be more interesting to watch. I don't want to see prefab 12 inch bridges as Chris suggested. That would be dead boring. | Stunning. The report wasn't completely over my head, but mostly. I liked the explanation and background information. It makes sense that parallel mechanisms offer higher speed and flexibility in machining, but their downside is the funky work (...) (22 years ago, 24-Apr-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
