Well it's time to open the can of worms. The rules state: "A coin toss by the robot designers decides which robot will start first. The person who moves first always starts with red game pieces. (...) If you use a remote you must be very careful you don't interfere with the opposing robot. If you both use the same signal to say play first, then there'll be a might crash. (...) Yes, you can do this now. Since the turn pass touch sensor is exclusively yours, you can do whatever you like with this senor port. Including using another touch sensor if you so wish.
