| ParLUGment folk, Sorry I missed the meeting this week, but I did manage to get to a LUG meeting just 2 days prior to the ParLUGment one. | (...) Tim, I live about 30 minutes from LL CA. And I used to live in Fremont, which is next door to NewarkL. Count on a 8 hour drive from one to the other. I don't know if the LEGO store up there is open yet, but there are two on you route to SD. (...) | I am going to Northern California for training from July 26-August 13, and would love to meet up with some AFOL's if there are any meetings or shows going on in that timeframe. | (...) We just got feedback from the organizer of Railfair Ottawa, and he says that the attendance was between 2500-3000 with 20-25% being children. Well, if they made it in an 18 slope even though there's only one other basic compatible piece (I know there's also a triple-wedge, but...), there's always a chance that they might make it in 33 and 45 degree versions someday.
