| (...) I finally got to view it, and now I know what the problem was. The file size was incorrect. It appears that several attempts to download it failed part- way through for some reason. I finally got it all and by double-clicking it, viewed it in (...) (23 years ago, 17-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca.monlug)
