Possible ways for LA to increase sales

With LA's insistence that lego doesn't seem to see well down here, and legos emphasis on breaking each set down into seperate packaging within a main package, wouldn't it make more sense for TLG to return to modular design. To do this, all they need (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.general, lugnet.org.au)

  Re: Jambalaya here in Oz?

(...) Hi Jane, any sign of the soccer sets yet, they were sighted in Tassie. Jambalaya box, good idea !!! You can still take part in trades, if we post a wants/don't need list here. Jambalayas could certainly move between the Victorian - NSW groups. (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jun-00, to lugnet.org.au)

  Jambalaya here in Oz?

Now that we have a legitimate trade site etc. (thanks Todd), is anyone interested in getting a box going similar to the US one? As I am a long way from any AFOLs :( I doubt I'd be involved, but just an idea for the folks on the east coast that you (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jun-00, to lugnet.org.au)

  Re: Studs web page

(...) Good grief, you're right! Will fix tonight. (...) I'm not sure how to explain this, but I don't really feel the need to convince anybody.   Re: Battle of Tank Stream

(...) Brilliant Mr. Parsons! Absolutely brilliant! My hat (and other miscellaneous and decorative headwear) goes off to you.   Re: Studly Sendoff

(...) That's green as in 'rains a lot'. Is that green noraml green, light green or that pastel paradisa green. (...) The UK gain is our loss, but I'm sure he'll be back with lots of Lego tales and useful hints/tips from seeing other AFOL groups at (...) (24 years ago, 25-Jun-00, to lugnet.org.au)

  Studly Sendoff

Everyone, Peter Callaway will be leaving us soon, to greener pastures on the other side of the world, and *gasp* in the other hemisphere.   Re: Studs web page

(...) Thanks Jamie. (...) Hehe, well, for starters the 'party' shouldn't be too fun, everyone is either under 10 or over 35 (not that being over 35 is bad.
