I don't know the exact amount of people you need to "officially" call
yourselves a lug, but when you have like 3 or 4 people, write an e-mail
to Todd Lehman, and see if he will give you a newsgroup. But that is only
"formal" recognition of the on-line Lego Community.
If you had only 1 or 2 others in your particular area, who's to say whether
or not that is a LUG...
In my opinion, if you have more than one person and you are doing something
associated with anything with Lego then I would consider it a LUG. Some
would say a group is made up of 3 or more people....
Like I said those werer my thoughts.
