You'll need either shell access to a computer or authority to execute
CGI scripts from a webpage. Neither of these generally come with an
ISP or web-provider account.
If you have a shell account somewhere, learn how to use the newsreader
they provide, and use that. If otherwise... You'll probably need to do
some serious voodoo to get it all to work.
Todd has, I believe, the mail gateway system locked into the NNTP
system - he's written that part himself, I gather. I suppose it's
mostly a question of interpreting the newsspool though, isn't it?
