Try this for best quality:
+AM2 +J0.5 +R3

Method one is called supersampling in the Doc's but
is only half a supersample. Method 2 is much better
as cells are recursivly sampled. You can change the
threshold too but 0.3(default) is good.
Check your Docs for more info. Had to look it up too
cuz My MacMegaPov has GUI for all the Cmdln options. :)
