We are developing an Inventory Database Using MS Access. What we need is to be able to add inventory from new sets as quickly as possible. (...) It might be noted that the book _Learning Perl_ (at least the Win32 "Gecko Book" (1)) has a sample guestbook app in the chapter on CGI. (...) First thing first: Perl. Anything else is just a script. ;-) I'd recommend saving the questionnaire data into a database straight from the CGI script. You might want to look into MySQL and the Perl module Msql-Mysql-modules; having a working (...) (25 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)

Hi all, I have a question about web based survey forms. I want to design a form for a local watershed group.
