I agree 100% with what Larry wrote here: (URL) the larger subject of voting, however, I've always felt that up/down is too coarse...that -N/+N systems are more expressive. For example, N=3... I didn't look at the books, but speaking for years of experience on the boards of not-for-profit organizations: By-laws are usually cribbed from a template available in lots of books, or from your state's Secretary Of State office - they regulate (...) Thanks, Geeks, for your help. I decided to buy the computer, even though it's a <ptooey> PC;-) The final deciding factors were: Can now get Mindstorms, and will now be able to get into ldraw{:^D And now I will be able to jump on the "Thanks, (...)
