You'll need to have GTK installed and some other libraries but a guy was able to use it under on an Alpha so I think there's a chance you can get a complete editor for your (...) Over the past 4 years or so I have seen dejanews/deja change change from a respectable resorce to this scary ad infested beast that you have to jump thru hoops to find the message you want.
