I recomend (URL) or (URL) . Both of them do have pop-up adds but they are pretty good. Geocities is pretty good. Depending on how much money you have to spend on a camera: $100 -- you'll get a webcam, or a used Kodak from 1997 with grainy 320x240 pictures. $200 -- Better webcams like the irez.com types with 640x480 but (...)
