Try running this little test proggy that compares the approximate CPU execution times of two regexen: ---...---begin---...--- #!/bin/perl use strict; $^W = 1; sub cputime { my ($user, $sys, $cuser, $csys) (...) Every month at about the same time we disappear entirely out of Google's search engine, which they claim is due to updates. Although it usually only (...) Installing a new drive with Linux is easy. You just physically plug the drive in and boot up. Then you can issue three commands and you're all set. Under Windows 95 it is much harder.
