I think this is a great idea for Town. The Addams Family mansion comes to mind,
which I think is Victorian in style:

There could be plenty of ghosts and skeleton minifigs, secret doors and
passages, and a graveyard in the back. Plus Timmy and his girlfriend, who
decide to spend the night there after getting caught out in the rain...
It wouldn't be a haunted house without a few traps too. Personally, I'm getting
tired of the glut of booby traps that have appeared in the Adventurers theme
(and Ninja, though I don't own any). It's getting to the point where a honest
fig can't walk into a building without getting his head chopped off by a flying
axe. But what's a haunted house without a Norman Bates or poltergiest causing
bodily harm to their unwanted visitors?
They could even recycle old Captain Redbeard and put that hook to good use...
hunting down unsuspecting teenage figs out on make-out point...
