"Weebles wobble but they won't fall down" - or something close to that was
their slogan. What was funny at the time is that people started referring to
breasts as Weebbles for a while. :') Boy am I dating myself.

| Greg, I was not able to view the picture you linked to but if the Weebles you are talking about are what I think they are then no Minifigs=!Weebles.
