The whole problem of the abortion debate is that it is actually *two*
debates intertwined into one. One, whether the government has the right
to tell one what one can do with one's body (most would say no), and
whether one has the right to take the life of another (most would say
no).
Until we can separate these two issues, the abortion debate with *never*
be solved, especially in a time when our culture is so reticent to the
idea of accepting personal responsibility for personal actions.
