Here's what I said, we shall see what I get back:

Your ULA on your site says that you have loaned me the hardware that Forbes
sent me. I've decided that if I cannot use that hardware in whatever manner I
see fit, I may not want it. If it's a loan, you presumably want it back in
that case. Please contact me with details on how I return it to you at your
expense.
Note that I am not bound by your ULA since I have not opened the packaging
that the software is contained in, much less installed it, and further, I
believe that since this was unsolicited material (just like address labels
sent by a charity), this hardware is mine to do with as I wish despite
whatever feelings you may have about the matter.
However I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and return it to you
at your expense. I'm interested in your response to this. Why do you claim
that this hardware is your property if it was mailed to me without my
requesting it?
end quote
