Although a more practical idea may be internet-voting, or they may sign up to
have a list of things voted to them mailed whenever they come up.
Individuals would also be allowed to vote on a range of town, region, state and
country issues. Issues out of the scope of the community would be graded on a
basis according to their percieved relevence. This is to let the individual
choose the level of involvement-notification they want.
