OK, here you go then:
"That's their right, and if you don't like it, give them whatever
feedback you think might help in the hopes that they'll listen. You're
certainly within you rights to make whatever non slanderous statements
you wish to them or abou them on media that you are willing to pay for.
Ultimately, however, they act in their own interests by listening to the
entire market and deciding intelligently how to serve it or chosen
segments, and you sucking it up and going somewhere else is a key part
of that feedback process.
If they continue to maximise short term profit at the cost of reputation
and long term service, the market will punish them for it. No government
intervention will be required."
