Yes it's their business but of course you can get pissed at the way it is run.
That's like saying you shouldn't get pissed at a shoddy product: it's the
manufacturers business and they can run it how they want.
I'm pissed at S@H UK for overcharging us on the Two-Face Batman set. I'm so
pissed I won't buy the set unless I happen to get lucky and find it at a more
reasonable price.
People who don't get pissed at businesses for overcharging make me pissed. They
help make life worse for the rest of us by just accepting bad pricing and
encouraging the business to do more of it. Personally I'll vote with my cash,
and, if I think it will make a difference I'll let them know why I got pissed
and didn't buy it.
