If you found A$300M thats not needed, how about this for an idea... give it
BACK to the taxpayers you taxed in the first place instead of spending it on
another boondoggle.

One has to
Get the Balance Right: todays Undergrads are tomorrows tax payers. The
better the education they get today, the more they can earn (and contribute
back) in the future. Why not base education on ability to learn not ability to
pay?
Think about it. To do otherwise is a waste.
