Im sure the enemies of Democracy will be gratified by the excessive news
coverage and exaggerated counts of protesters. Useful idiots, really.

How does protesting against Bush make you an enemy of democracy?
|
It does when one is a blind supporter of Bush Jr! :)
John castigates those who question Bush Jr, but remains silent when the FBI
start harassing peace protestors(1) or when Bush Jr pays for people to be
boiled alive(2).
Who is the real useful idiot? Who is the enemy of democracy?

(1) FBI
uses new powers to bug anti-war groups The FBIs scrutiny of the protest
movement is reminiscent for some Americans of the era of J Edgar Hoover, who as
FBI director used the bureau to spy on a list of political enemies, including
Martin Luther King and other civil rights leaders. After Hoovers excesses came
to light, the FBIs powers were radically pruned but have grown back since
September 11 2001, particularly as a result of the USA Patriot Act, passed 45
days after the terrorist attacks.
(2) US
looks away as new ally tortures Islamists Independent human rights groups
estimate that there are more than 600 politically motivated arrests a year in
Uzbekistan, and 6,500 political prisoners, some tortured to death. According to
a forensic report commissioned by the British embassy, in August two prisoners
were even boiled to death....Last year Washington gave Uzbekistan $500m (£300m)
in aid. The police and intelligence services - which the state departments
website says use torture as a routine investigation technique received $79m of
this sum.
