Without commenting on the article on the whole (since it deals in matter that I
haven't researched), I note with interest that Mr. Payne is among the bunch that
loves to credit a Republican President for economic recovery while blaming
economic troubles on the previous Democrat. In itself that doesn't invalidate
anything else that he says, but it's disheartening to see him perpetuate a
fallacy (while the website at large whores itself for Conservative dogma and
Reagan deification--very nice).
