This should be a non-partisan issue.  If s/he wastes taxpayer money, throw
the bum out -- doesn't matter which side s/he claims to be on.

My favorite CA politician is Jerry Brown -- he's a little spooky, but he
rides BART and I think he believes in what he is doing even if he's wrong.
Sincerity is very hard to fake and I tend not to find that characteristic in
most office holders.

Despite coming from a political family (California Governor Pat Brown was his father, for those who don't know) he doesn't seem like the usual (...)
