        Re: For Sean... —David Koudys
(...) Again, if I were a hockey fan I might know fer sure who was still innit. I grew up in a sea of hockey fans so all my info is thru them. I think the Sens are still in and I know the Canucks are. So Vancouver or Ottawa--two teams i don't have (...) (21 years ago, 23-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

The pros/cons of Instant replay in the NFL? The Tuck rule? (...) (21 years ago, 24-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

        Re: For Sean... —Bruce Schlickbernd
(...) Real baseball players stand out in the field. Reggie Jackson would turn trying to catch even the simpliest routine fly ball into an adventure. (...) Give the batters a mound - we have a mound gap! (...) First incarnation was terrible, the (...) (21 years ago, 24-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

        Re: For Sean... —Jason Maxwell
(...) Real baseball players bat. Mark Mulder turns swinging a bat into an adventure. In other words, the DH is as legit as AL pitching and/or relief pitching. BTW Edgar Martinez for the Hall of Fame (Once he retires)! (...) Agreed. (...) Legit call (...) (21 years ago, 25-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

        Re: For Sean... —Pedro Silva
(...) Worse than that: it's too prone to mistakes. It'd be good if instant replay systems were introduced for the 4th referee, so he could assist the main referee on the more dubious cases. Then again, the mistakes are also part of the game... :-/ (...) (21 years ago, 25-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

        Re: For Sean... —Sean Devolites
(...) Another thing about instant replay, its' annoying when they spend so long on what seems like a simple call. No ordering pizzas. Another thing is they need to make some rules simpler. The tuck rule i beleive is the one which helped the Patriots (...) (21 years ago, 26-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)
