Because, like Larry, I have made my reasons clear, and also the mechanism
by which I think those morals can legitimately be employed. It is the
same reason that I don't fear that Larry will kill me and attempt to
buy off my next of kin. Doing so fits his moral outlook [1],

but THIS is so outrageous that I have to ask where on earth this notion
comes from...

Please demonstrate a derivation from my first priniciple (everyone has a
right to do as they wish so long as they don't interfere with the rights
of others to do the same) or the transformation of it (no one has the
right to initiate the use of force for any reason) that gets you to the
notion that it's ever OK to kill anyone unless there was no other way
for you to stop that person from killing you because that person is in
the process of trying.

but I think
he's sufficiently attached to the world that he realises he can't apply
his principles directly.

.... but I think you're sufficiently detatched from what I've been
saying that you have no idea what my principles are or what derives from
them.

Sorry, but it had to be said.
