Frying is known to be ineffective. at least with the legal system you have chosen. Even by the most generous estimates it is cheaper to keep someone in prison for life than to execute them in the USA. Using a legal system designed primarily to enrich lawyers in an attempt to find justice is like asking politicians to find the most efficient way to acheive something.
