A socialist gov't is more prone to being victimized by a dictatorship or
ruling class because a significantly larger percentage of the power in the
system rests with the government. In a capitalist system the would-be
dictators become CEOs instead. Much more useful for the
power-without-accountability types than any gov't position would be.
