So I've been wondering for a couple months why the state doesn't lift the dumb
socialist power price caps and allow the market to do its thing. Why don't you
folks just let the problem fix itself? And really, what do you expect Governor
Davis to do when the legislature won't play ball. This seems clearly a case of
being their fault, and not his.

| For the second time I have now been victim of California's rolling blackouts. The first experience was a few months ago at home, and now today 5/8/01 here at work.
